Facebook Check-In
Description
Demandware has made this even easier for a brand or retailer by integrating Facebook Check In to their Demandware environment. Now a retailer can provide Check In functionality right on their mobile web site to enable easier check in for customers without needing to go to Facebook. By connecting check in to deals, discounts, or loyalty and rewards programs, retailers can create a personalized, engaging and seamless customer experience that unites online and in store channels. Retailers benefit from increased customer engagement through customized and personalized brand experience, stronger brand affinity through integrated promotions and loyalty programs, and more consistent branding experiences through an integrated on and offline shopping experience as well as higher in store traffic. Retailers can also tie Check In to online promotions as well providing users with the flexibility to claim discounts online or in store.
- Customer Check-In - customers can quickly and easily check in on a store’s web site using a computer or web-enabled phone or tablet, creating a stickier experience for the retailer and a more fluid experience for customers.
- Dynamic Store Locator - users are able to identify nearby stores using Facebook and Google maps based on their current location, making the completion of a check in simpler while tying it to a brick and mortar location.
- Social Shopping - customers can seamlessly engage with the brand online and share their activity through Facebook, increasing the retailer’s reach and awareness.
- Easily Customizable - retailers can customize promotions to bring customers to stores, to the web site, or both flexibly delivering the optimal customer experience.
